\nIn order to assign grades to the score of the students, you will need to create grading at first. For this, navigate to Gradebook > Grade Builder.
\nAs shown on the above image, you can find two options on this page as well. You can either create your own grades or import demo grade created by us for your ease.
\nTo import the demo, just click on Import Demo Data.
\nAfter you click on this option, a few grades will be imported for you. You can edit these grades as per your need.
\nHowever, you will have the option to create your own grade from the get go. Just click on the Add New Grade.

\nThe Track Student Activity option includes two key settings to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of user activity:
\nServer Sync Interval Duration - This setting controls how often the system updates user activity data to the server. The time is measured in minutes, and the default is 5 minutes. For example, if it is set to 5 minutes, the LMS will send updated activity data to the server every 5 minutes. This helps with near real-time tracking and reduces the chances of data loss.
\nIdle Time Threshold - This setting decides how long a student can be inactive before their session is marked as idle. The default time is 30 minutes. If the student doesn't click or do anything for 30 minutes, their session will be marked idle. This helps teachers know if the student is active or just logged in.
\nThese options ensure accurate activity tracking and provide valuable insights into student engagement.
\nMasteriyo provides individual course reports. To access a report for each course, including student activity and progress, go to your Dashboard > Masteriyo > Courses. You wil have to set the time zone from your Profile on the Zoom to make this integration work. For this, log in to your account and go to your profile. You will find an option called Time Zone. Click on the Edit button and set your time zone and save the changes.

Now the Zoom app is ready to be integrated with the Masteriyo and host meetings as per your need.
\nOnce you have created and activated the Zoom App, you will have to add the given Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret to the Masteriyo plugin to host Zoom Meetings. For this, navigate to Masteriyo > Zoom > Setting and add the required credentials.

Drip Content is a powerful feature that allows you to release course materials to your learners over a set period of time. By integrating Drip Content into your LMS plugin, you can easily schedule the release of content and assessments, providing a more structured and organized learning experience for your students. This documentation will guide you through the process of integrating Drip Content into your LMS plugin.
\nNote: Free and Sequential features are available in the Masteriyo free plan, while the Date Selection and X Days from Enrollment features are available in the Masteriyo Pro plan or higher.
\nOnce you activate the plugin and enable the add-on, follow the steps below.

These options determine the flow of the lessons/quizzes in your courses. The available options are described in detail below.
\nChoosing this option means that the flow of the content is random. The users can jump from the first lesson/quiz, let’s say the last, without completing the courses in the middle.
\nUnlike the Free option, this option sets a sequential rule for your lesson/quiz. Now the users will have to complete the first lesson/quiz to move forward to the next lesson/quiz.

Groups add-on enables the allocation of courses to a collective audience and facilitates the commercial sale of these educational programs to organizations. For example, a student can buy a course for a group of 3 and share the course with their two other friends.

To add a new group, go to the Settings of your course: Masteriyo > Course > Settings. Now, you can enable Sell to Groups and configure group pricing.

Now, click on Update to create a group.
\nNavigate to Masteriyo > Users > Groups to manage various options for the group you create.

\nAt the frontend, students can buy the course for groups with similar behaviour as shown below:

The user can then view their payment receipt, yet can't access their course until the admin approves the group and publishes it.

Now, the admin should approve the group so that users can add other members. As an admin, navigate to Masteriyo > Users > Groups. Here, you can see all the groups that are in draft. This means users have bought course for the groups, but you need to approve them manually. So, click on the draft group and you'll see the option to edit the order.

Next, change the status to completed after verifying the order and click on Update Order.

User can be notified through email regarding their group enrollment, joining, and publishing. You can customize those emails through Masteriyo > Settings > Emails.

At the user's dashboard, they can now refresh to add new members to their group. To add a new member, they can add the email of the person they want to add to the group.

You can also enable multiple currencies in Group Pricing. To do so, you need to enable the Multiple Currency addon and configure it.

You need to configure the addon by adding a pricing zone through Masteriyo > Settings > Currencies.

By default, Masteriyo will have multiple fonts that you can use to customize the certificate. From here, you can install the other fonts. \nIt lets you upload and use custom fonts that are unavailable with the plugin. Click the Upload button to upload the zip file of custom fonts.
\nClick on Save Settings and return to the certificate builder.
\nYou can see the custom fonts you just uploaded under Typography > Fonts. Select to use on your certificate.
