A gutenberg Youtube embed block that only loads Youtube assets when the user needs them.

## Installation

1. Put the lazy-youtube folder into the plugins directory of your Wordpress installation.
2. Go to your admin panel and click activate plugin.

2. Click add new plugin and search for notice manager
3. Click install plugin
4. Click activate plugin
