1. Create a free account on landingfrog.com
2. Create a landing page on landingfrog.com
3. Get your landing page id number on landingfrog.com.  It is the number at the end of the display link.
4. Install the Landing Frog Wordpress plugin from the Wordpress plugin repository.
5. Create a new Landing Frog post on your Wordpress site.
6. Place your landing page id number from landingfrog.com in the text box of your new Landing Frog post.
7. Publish the page and view your Landing Frog landing page on your Wordpress site.
