This plugin allows you to implement the forms you've created on the Know Platform.

Simply use our provided shortcodes to show a form on any page. 

You must have a valid Know Platform subscription for this plugin to function properly.

== Installation ==

Install the following plugin before activating this:

To install, simply: 

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/know-co-platform-forms` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Use the `Know PLatform->Forms` screen to configure your client portal to match your website's design.
