= Is the free plan free forever? =

Yes! We will always have a free plan which will allow you to capture up to a 100 active leads.

= What is an Active Lead? =

An active lead is a contact that you have captured and updated their info in the last 90 days.

= How am I going to be charged? =

You will be charged monthly for the number of active leads you have. You won’t be charged for any contacts that have not been updated in the last 90 days. We also won’t charge you for anonymous contacts.

= What happens if I exceed the number of active leads in my paid plan? =

We will automatically adjust your plan as you grow. This is particularly useful to make sure the service isn’t interrupted at any point. We will automatically upgrade or downgrade you to the most cost-effective plan.

After enabling the plug in, head to the messaging settings in the app settings section to customize the widget to match the feel and look of your website. 

== Installation ==

*Server Requirements:* PHP4 or PHP5.

*Wordpress versions:* Wordpress 2.7 and up.

Step-by-step Guide:

* Install plugin from WordPress directory and activate it.
* Under settings section, click on KickFlow to add your KickFlow embed code
* Finally, make full use of our Dashboard to manage your chat widget.
