This plug-in is a will clean the file management.
You can only manage the screen. You can also only site the screen.
You can choose to include via wp_header or wp_footer.

2. Activate the plugin at the plugin administration page
3. Open the plugin configuration page,
   which is located under Options -> Js Css Include Manager
