== Description ==

Allows you to create a fully customisable job board for your Wordpress site. You will get an affiliate id which would give you commission for any employer who posts a job.

**IMPORTANT UPGRADE INFORMATION**

* It is advised that current users download this version of the plugin as there has been a major changes to The Ideal Candidate website and older versions may not work correctly.
* Before upgrading, if you have made any changes to the template files please copy them (tic-jobdetail.php, tic-joblist.php and tic-style.css) to your current theme folder.

**New features for version 3.0**

* Now shows the job feed live, before it was caching the jobs locally.
* Job details now show contact details for the job, allowing your visitors to stay on you site to apply for the job.
* Your affiliate link has been added to the template files, so prospective employers can post a job and you get the commission.

* Pagination system for version 3 is still being worked on.

* Create a new account without leaving your WordPress site.
* Full listing and detail for jobs from The Ideal Candidate network.
* Customisable through templates.
* Filter jobs based on title, company, location, description.
* Gives your visitors a job search feature.

In addition to this you can show your Ideal Candidate widgets in your sidebar. The widget box can be customized on The Ideal Candidate site to how you want it to look with your branding, it will the display a list of jobs from the network for your visitors to view. Any employers who click on your widget box and posts a job will earn you a percentage of the sale.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `theidealcandidate` directory to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
1. Navigate to new The Ideal Candidate menu item.
1. Enter your PayPal email address and a password (if you already have an Ideal Candidate account just enter your admin address and password).
1. Setup some filter setting, if required.
1. Add the text [tic-job-list] to a page or post.
1. For widgets navigate to your sidebar widget area, in 2.7.1 this is under the Appearance tab.
1. Add `The Ideal Candidate` to the sidebar of your choice.
1. Configure the widget, you will need to have set up your account in the main menu.
