Adds a custom column to the Posts Admin page that provides a link to the JetPack Statistics for each post on your blog.

Pre-Requisite:

*   You must have Jetpack installed and active on your wordpress blog.
*   This has been tested to work with Jetpack version 1.2.4

== Installation ==
Manual Installation

1. Download the zip from http://www.homedev.com.au/WordPress/View/2
1. Extract to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, the zip will create the homedev_jetpack_post_stats directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
