1. Upload files to a new `jcontactable` directory in the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Edit some settings to meet your needs
1. That's it!

The plugin detects the admin e-mail address and sends messages to him.
