== Installation ==

1. Upload the "ipintel" folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in Wordpress.
1. Visit the "edit-comments.php" page from the Wordpress admin menu and look for the "IP Intel" links.
