Inside Social lets you require social actions: facebook likes or twitter follows, from site visitors to access specified site content.

== Description ==

Inside Social allows any publisher to easily create premium or protected content on their wordpress site using a Social Gateway. 
A Social Gateway is similar to a paywall, however, in order to get access to premium content, viewers are required or encouraged 
to connect with the publisher socially (such as a facebook like, twitter follow or youtube subscribe). 

With the Inside Social Wordpress Plugin, displaying your social gateways on your content is a breeze. Simply click the Inside Social button
in the visual post editor, select your gateway, and update and save your post, and your loyal site readers will be shown a gateway when they access your content.

Publishers can visit https://www.insidesoci.al to sign up for an Inside Social Account, and create a social gateway. Use the code **Wordpress** to gain access.

== Installation ==

Steps to Social Nirvana:

1. Create (if you already haven't) your social gateway at https://www.insidesoci.al
1. If you don't have an inside social account, head over to https://www.insidesoci.al and enter the following access code: **Wordpress**
1. Click "Install".
1. Click "Activate Plugin" to start the plugin.
1. From the visual post editor, click the Inside Social button.
1. Click the Connect Link. This is only required the first time you install the plugin.
If you're logged in, click the Authorize button. If not, you'll be asked to enter your Inside Social account information.
1. Select your gateway 
1. Click "Show a gateway on this post"
1. Update or Publish your Page/Post
1. Watch your social following grow at https://www.insidesoci.al/analytics

Showing an In-Content Gateway

1. Follow steps 1-4 above, to install, and authorize the Inside Social Wordpress Plugin 
1. In the Visual Post Editor, Select and Highlight the text, pictures, or other content you want the gateway to cover
1. Click the Inside Social Button 
1. Select the gateway you'd like to display
1. Click "Show a gateway on this post"
1. Update or Publish your Page/Post

= How do I show an in-content (aka inline) gateway? =

1. In the visual post editor, select and highlight the text, photos, and other content you want to be hidden by the gateway.
1. Click the Inside Social button in the Visual Post editor button bar
1. Select your gateway
1. Click "Show a gateway on this post"
1. Update or Publish your post/page.

Now when visitors view your page, the content you chose will hidden behind a Social Gateway.

Yes, if you want to edit a gateway, go to https://www.insidesoci.al and you can edit existing gateways

= Can I show different gateways on different pages? =

Yes You can. With InsideSocial Wordpress Plugin 2.0 and above you can now choose gateways on a per-post basis!
