Description: This feature allows you to add custom javascript code or css code in header section or footer section using this plugin. You can use link or script tags respectively to insert any css or javascript code to your website header or footer area.

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/insert-code-in-header-and-footer` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Use the Settings->Insert Code screen to add your custom javascript or css code for header or footer section.
