Allows to include a parent theme RTL stylesheet for a child theme.

== Description ==

Automatically includes a parent theme RTL stylesheet for a child theme if it doesn't have its own `rtl.css` file.

Thanks to [Rami](http://www.wp-tricks.co.il/) for the idea.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `include-parent-theme-rtl-css` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
