Stops the upload of NSFW images. Using the FREE api at moderatecontent.com to rate content and block it if it's inappropriate.

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/moderatecontent` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress

Test images at [ModerateContent.com](https://moderatecontent.com "The FREE image moderation API") to understand what rating the image received. In very rare cases the computer vision model can misidentify inappropriate content.
