# Image Gallery Custom Post Type

Build **galleries** in WordPress with your own images, **layouts**, **colors**, and a **lightbox**. Paste a **shortcode** on any page to show a gallery. Set default styles under **Galleries → Settings**.

## What you can do

- Create galleries under **Galleries** in the admin, add images from the Media Library, and drag to reorder.
- Choose how each gallery looks (layout, columns, colors, titles, captions).
- Open images in a simple viewer with previous and next.
- Copy the shortcode from the gallery edit screen and place it where you want the gallery to appear.

**Pro** is a separate small plugin you install and activate in addition to this one. When Pro is active, pick the extra layouts under **Appearance** on each gallery.

### Getting Pro (pay → install → use)

1. **Pay** — Complete checkout with the **PayPal link** from the seller (order page or email).
2. **Download** — After payment, the seller **sends the Image Gallery Pro add-on ZIP** (usually by email or download link).
3. **Install** — In WordPress: **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin** → upload the ZIP → activate **Image Gallery Pro (Add-on)**. Keep this free plugin active too.
4. **Help** — If anything fails (payment, file, or setup), **contact plugin support** or the seller using the support details they provide.

## Install

1. Install **Image Gallery Custom Post Type** from the Plugins screen (or upload the plugin folder).
2. Activate it.
3. Go to **Galleries → Add New**, add images, then copy the shortcode into a page or post.
