Automatically add rules to .htaccess file to support server-info and server-status Apache mod.

== Description ==
When you want to use [server-info](https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/en/mod/mod_info.html) and/or [server-status](https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/en/mod/mod_status.html) with Apache server, you must modify (right in your .htaccess file) the rewrite rules generated by WordPress. And you must do it each time WordPress modify and regenerates the rules.
htaccess Server-Info & Server-Status do it for you, without you having to intervene. Just activate it and that's it!

= From your WordPress dashboard =

1. Visit 'Plugins > Add New'.
2. Search for 'htaccess Server-Info & Server-Status'.
3. Click on the 'Install Now' button.
4. Activate htaccess Server-Info & Server-Status.

= From WordPress.org =

1. Download htaccess Server-Info & Server-Status.
2. Upload the `htaccess-server-info-server-status` directory to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...).
3. Activate htaccess Server-Info & Server-Status from your Plugins page.

= Once Activated =

1. You have nothing to do. All is automatic!

You need **WordPress 5.0** and at least **PHP 7.1**.

No. Rewrite rules are not fully supported by WordPress multisite.
