Change "Howdy" and add more links to the Favorites drop-down

== Description ==

Change the "Howdy" greeting in the upper right-hand corner, as well add more links. Also add links to the Favorites drop-down.

My favorite is "All Settings" which links to options.php.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the contents of the zip file to the your plugins directory (default: `/wp-content/plugins/`)
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the Howdy Tweaks page under Settings
4. Add/edit links and greetings, hit Save
