Sometimes it can be hard to tell which comment permalink you clicked on when it's at the bottom of a long page and doesn't float to the top of your browser.  This WordPress plugin briefly highlights the a comment when its permalink is visited.

This plugin doesn't have any options.  Install it, activate it, and it's on.
