You can make your sticky/floating custom html section in header or footer using admin settings very easily which can be set to float to top,bottom, left or right side.

You can also put custom CSS, script code easily with this plugin.

Using Header footer Custom Html plugin one can create custom html section and make them as floating to top, bottom, left, or right side. You can add two seperate html section one for header and one for footer.

The setting is global so the code will be available on all the pages.
