This plugin is and add-on for Gravity Forms. It allows users to add a special datepicker that selects only month and year.

== Description ==

This plugin extends the Gravity Forms plugin. It allows users to add a special form of a datepicker that selects only month and year.

The JavaScript functionality is provided by jQuery UI Month Picker (https://github.com/KidSysco/jquery-ui-month-picker/).

To style the plugin, regenerate the jquery-ui.datepicker.min.css from the jQuery UI site for datepicker and button.

== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload `gravityforms-monthpicker` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. When editing a form, use the "Date (Monthpicker)" type under "Advanced Fields"
