Adds Google Scribe to comment input box

== Description ==

Google Scribe is a WordPress Plugin, which allows you to enable Google Scribe to WordPress comment input box.
Google Scribe will be activated when the user clicks the comment textarea.
It also provides an option for users to disable Google Scribe if they are not interested.
