List out the WP version, plugin names, versions, and publishers via a custom endpoint of the wordpress API. Needs the viewer installed to see the data.

## Description 

Created for the team at Go4 to assist them with the administration of websites. It allows us to view a list of the plugins installed on any of the WordPress websites that we manage on our own Go4 dashboard. 


## Instructions
  1. The plugin will add a role called **Watcher**. Create a new user with this role
  2. Create a new *Application Password* for the new **Watcher**.
  3. Copy this password. It will be needed for the wp-deets-viewer plugin.
