Installation is very simple.  Just follow these steps:

1. Create your **free account** at https://www.fueldeck.com and **add your domain**.
2. Upload the plugin to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
