This plugin requires [Gravity Forms](https://gravityforms.com/ "Gravity Forms"). It adds a column to show the corresponding description for each form in the forms listing within wp-admin.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
