Resend Gravity Forms submissions to 3rdparty service when updating entries.

== Description ==

Allows you to resend a [Gravity Forms](http://www.gravityforms.com/) saved entry to its 3rdparty service endpoint with [Forms 3rdparty Integration](http://wordpress.org/plugins/forms-3rdparty-integration/).

== Installation ==

1. Unzip/upload plugin folder to your plugins directory (`/wp-content/plugins/`)
2. Make sure [Forms 3rdparty Integration](http://wordpress.org/plugins/forms-3rdparty-integration/) is installed and settings have been saved at least once.
3. Activate this plugin
4. Navigate to GF entry management list `/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_entries`.
5. Choose an entry -- either resend via quick links (hover, appears beneath) or from edit page
