This plugin adds Formidable form module to Divi Page Builder

== Description ==

This plugin registers a new module in Divi page builder "Formidable" which allows to easily select any forms and also allows to enable form title, or description.

== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress. Make sure to activate Divi & Formidable before activating this plugin.
3. Edit any page with divi page builder and add new module "Formidable"
