The application is available for two languages, english and french. == Description == ### FOQUS AI A visual search engine for Wordpress- an all-in-one application, a powerful recommendation engine that can increase and optimize the conversion rate and customer retention of your online store . The application is available for two languages, english and french. We use advanced technologies based on artificial intelligence ( AI ) to ensure business features for affordable prices. Our Wordpress search engine tracks your customers along the way with: -An intelligent and instant search -Navigation in search results and collections -Personalization and "Machine Learning" -Analyzes and reports Visual search : When your visitor searches for a product in your store, an instant responsive widget is displayed. The user clicks and starts his search. He is allowed to : Download an existing photo from his phone or computer Enter the URL of the desired product image Once the client clicks on Search, the widget sends a message to our server and retrieves the list of similar products and shows the images with percentages of similarities compared to the desired product. ### FOQUS AI allows you to: Real-time product synchronization and catalog indexing An analysis of all times Mobile responsiveness Recommendation blocks that can be used on any page of your store as new products Analysis and detailed reports on search queries API documentation for developers ### How to use FOQUS App? This page contains detailed instructions on how to use FOQUS wordpress app. 1. Authentication As a merchant, you have first to sign-up to our [website](https://developers.trynfit.com/en/signup/) to complete your subscription. Please choose "shopify" as CMS. Once signed-up, please verify your account and choose a billing plan (by email), you should see your dashboard in FOQUS website. You can now install FOQUS app on your shopify store, you will authenticate automatically. If you encounter any error please see the section "Possible authentication errors". 2. Possible authentication errors If one of those errors appears when authenticating, please refer to the messages below :  Merchant not found within FOQUS website. In that case you should sign-up to our website or use an existing eail and API key with which you have signed-up before.  Merchant didn't chose a billing plan or didn't pay a paying plan. In that case you should head into our website and update your billing plan.  Merchant didn't activate his account. In that case you should activate your account by clicking on the link in your email inbox.  Other error including (no products in shop, product images are not correct, etc.) that can block the initial AI model training when first signing-in to shopify app. In that case you should contact us or re-check your products. 3. FOQUS widget settings The settings page contains the parameters you can adjust to bring up the widget on your shop. You can toggle widget activation and deactivation and see useful information about credentials of your shop and of you account in our website. 4. Dashboard The dashboard page contains useful graphs that monitor:  The API usage: number of requests by clients done per total number of requests permitted for the chosen billing plan. (the API is FOQUS API which suggests similar products to the entered one).  API requests number for current month by day.  Similarity score (given by the AI model which is trained with your products) repartitioned by intervals (best ones are above 80%). 5. Billing Choosing the billing plan is done in FOQUS website (in the sign-up process or in updating existing plan). You will receive an email with the chosen plan details containing a redirect URI to the shopify billing method, there you can pay your plan. We automatically update/upgrade your plan (if it's not updated, please send us and email to "customer@foqus.ai"). 6. Using the widget on the shop In order to use the widget you should activate it using the toggle button in the settings page. Please note that the widget to run properly and suggests similar products within your store, Please note that products should be with valid images in order to run properly. The similar products can't be used before the AI model finish to traine. an email is sent at the beginning of the training and another email when the training finished. 7. How do i know if the training has began/finished/encountered a problem? The process begins by getting products from your shop, then the training process is launched. You will be notified by two emails: The first one when the training begin and the second one when the training finishes. If any of these emails was received within 12 hours and the widget doesn't suggest similar products, you should contact our support customers@foqus.ai. Please note that the widget will propose similar products with a minimum probability of 30%. Below 30% of similarity coefficient, the widget didn't give any similar product. Each billing plan have a maximum of data to train. For example the free plan manage only 1000 images products and 100 similars each month. If you choose the wrong billing plan only the maximum images products allowed for this plan will be trained. 8. What should i do to re-train my AI model? The training is launched every week. New products will appear as a similar product in the widget once the training is finished. If the widget doesn't recognize/suggest new products within a week from adding them, please contact us. 9.
