Enter the comma separated separated focus keywords in the "Focus Keywords Pro box" that appears below the post editor. Now click the save the draft button. Once you start typing content and click the Save Draft button, Focus Keywords Pro will calculate the keyword density of all keywords you've entered in the textbox and will display the same within a few seconds.

If you've already published a post, all you have to do is enter the focus keywords (separated by commas) in the text box displayed below the post editor and click the Update button of the post editor.
