Integrates with ShortHill FloodAlert API to provide up-to-the-minute UK Environment Agency Flood Alerts included in your WordPress-based website.
Creates a Custom Post Type called 'flood_warning' which can be integrated into your website via WP queries or provided Widgets.

1. Upload `fw_api.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
