Floating block with FAQ

== Description ==
Create pages with questions and answers. A floating button will appear on the site. When clicked, a window pops up with questions and answers.

== Installation ==
1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/float-faq` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress
plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the \'Plugins\' screen in WordPress
3. Use the Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin
