Fix "Missing Images" error when submitting Wordpress default feed.

When Wordpress site is submitted to Google Newsstand usually it get error that says: "Google Newsstand "Missing Images" error fix" this is due to the default feed generate by wordpress does not provide a featured images, this simple plugin solves this problem and add the featured image to RSS feeds.

== Installation ==
 
1. Upload `Fix Google Newsstand Missing Images` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Do not forget to resubmit feed to Google Newsstand to be discoverable in search.
