Use one of the following shortcodes in your page or post:
- [fetch_meditation] - General shortcode (requires book attribute)
- [jft] - Just For Today meditation
- [spad] - Spiritual Principle A Day meditation

== Installation ==

1. Upload `the fetch-meditation-wp` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Add [jft], [spad], or [fetch_meditation] shortcode to your WordPress page/post.
