We aim at employing our logistics partners (vendors) to use the finest quality and fastest means required to transport goods from one location to another at a reasonable price. In addition, we strive hard to promote competition, accountability, transparency and value creation in the Nigerian logistic space. Further, we provide this plugin to integrate woocommerce powered ecommerce websites with an aim of empowering their customers to selecting the most preferred logistics companies based on the most preferred price and ratings in real time during checkout. = Note = For Nigeria businesses only for now. = Plugin Features = * Get shipping cost on checkout based on Customer's selected location * Access to the best shipping deal on checkout * Valid Nigeria states dropdown * Auto push shipment task to designated logistics partner on customer checkout `coming soon in later version` * Shipping notifications and tracking `coming soon in later version` == Installation == = Automatic Installation = * Login to your WordPress Admin area * Go to "Plugins > Add New" from the left hand menu * In the search box type __ErrandPlace Shipping__ * From the search result you will see __ErrandPlace Shipping__ click on __Install Now__ to install the plugin * A popup window will ask you to confirm your wish to install the Plugin. * After installation, activate the plugin. * Open the settings page for WooCommerce and click the "Shipping" tab. * Click on the __ErrandPlace Shipping__ link from the available Checkout Options * Configure your __ErrandPlace Shipping__ settings. See below for details. = Manual Installation = 1. Download the plugin zip file 2. Login to your WordPress Admin. Click on "Plugins > Add New" from the left hand menu. 3. Click on the "Upload" option, then click "Choose File" to select the zip file from your computer. Once selected, press "OK" and press the "Install Now" button. 4. Activate the plugin. 5. Open the settings page for WooCommerce and click the "Shipping" tab. 6. Click on the __ErrandPlace Shipping__ link from the available Checkout Options 7. Configure your __ErrandPlace Shipping__ settings. See below for details. = Configure the plugin = To configure the plugin, go to __WooCommerce > Settings__ from the left hand menu, then click __Shipping__ from the top tab. You will see __ErrandPlace Shipping__ as part of the available Shipping Options. Click on it to configure the shipping system. * Before you proceed, you need to configure your store __Base Location__ via __WooCommerce > Settings__ under the __General options__ . Select your current state of operation, i.e __Nigeria > Lagos State__ * __Enable/Disable__ - check the box to enable ErrandPlace Shipping. * __Shipping Cost__ - allows you to toggle if you want __ErrandPlace__ to auto recommend the best pricing deal for your customers or not. * __Pricing Only__ - determine if you just want __ErrandPlace__ to tell your business the most feasible shipping cost. You like to handle shipping yourself. * __Hide Postcode__ - Check to turn off Postcode in Customer's __Shipping Address__ form during checkout. * __Endpoint__ - Please communicate with __ErrandPlace__ via our website or email `hello@errandplace.com` for the valid __Endpoint__ credential to use. * __Dedicated Partner (Optional)__ - Same and __Endpoint__ , you need to reach out to use for this which allows you to only plug into and get pricing from a dedicated Partner of your choice. * __Default Weight (kg)__ - If your product doesnt have a weight defined in it. What default should __ErrandPlace__ use in fetching for shipping cost ? * __Flat Amount (NGN)__ - Whenever __ErrandPlace__ do not have a Partner available to ship item to customer's address. What default flat amount should be used ? * __Using Dokan Multivendor Plugin? (Optional)__ - Toggle, We support marketplace/multi-vendor store to use our plugin to power shipping on their store.
