== Installation ==

1. Upload the `envolve-chat` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Click 'Settings' and then 'Envolve Chat'. Finally, paste your API key into the textbox provided. == Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How do users login to chat? =

The free version allows users to login using Facebook, Twitter, and Envolve accounts. Paid versions allow Single Sign-on. This means that once visitors log into your Wordpress / Buddypress site, Envolve will automatically use their names in the chat, rather than requiring them to sign in separately.

= Does this cost money? =

A free version is available for up to 25 simultaneous chatters. Paid versions allow for more chatters, custom skinning, access to analytics, advanced configuration options, single sign-on, and white labeling.

= What is public and what is private? =

*   Group chats (those created with the new chat button) are visible to everyone who comes to the site.
*   Private chats (those created by click 'chat' next to a name) are only visible to the participants.

= What info will Envolve use? =

We will never show or use messages sent in private chats. Public chats are available to site owners and we may show messages sent in group/public chats later, in the same way twitter shows tweets.
