Introduce a WordPress "Feature as Plugin" that relocates the "Quick Edit" options.

== Description ==

This Plugin enhances the user experience of the Quick Edit features that appear below Page, Post and Custom Post Type Titles when on any overview page such as "All Pages" or "All Posts" by collapsing and hiding the row until the related Post is hovered over by the users mouse. It is responsive in width, so Plugins that add options here will be automatically accommodated.

1. Upload the entire 'enhanced-quickedit-bar folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
