1. Upload `endpost` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

= How do I use the plugin? =
1. In the Dashboard, you go to `Settings` -> `EndPost Options`.
1. From there you can edit the code that shows up for every post/page; it can be any HTML or text. You may use %tags% and {tags} to replace them with the post/page specific information. The list of tags is displayed in the options screen.
