Provide multiple Embeds for ProvenExpert rating seals, logos and rating summaries.

## Description
In order to be able to use the plugin, you have to get API credentials from ProvenExpert. You can find them on the [Personalized survey links (API) page](https://www.provenexpert.com/en-us/custom-survey-links/).
