Easy Ticket System provides your website a simple support ticket system. Beta version. More documentation and features in following updates.

== Description ==

>* You must create an user with the rol: **Agent**
>* Create a page for your Easy WP Tickets frontend and add this shortcode: **[easy_wp_tickets]**
>* **Administrator Rol**: Administrate the Easy WP Tickets System
>* **Suscriber Rol**: All the clients/costumers users must have this rol. This rol allows to create tickets as client
>* **Agent Rol: Agents administrate de tickets. You can add different Agents to different subjects, depends on the subject this Agent will manage the ticket

**IMPORTANT**

This is a beta versión. If you have any problem using our plugin report it on the [Support Forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/easy-wp-tickets) and we will help you to fix it. Please contact with us before a negative vote.
