Copy the contents of this directory to the Wordpress project \wp-content\plugins\eshotformbuilder folder

Login to your e-shot subaccount you want this plugin to connect to and setup your desired subscription form workflows.

Enable the plugin within Wordpress by clicking on "Activate" for plugin "e-shot™ form builder".

Setup the e-shot subscription form landing page within Wordpress:
1. Click on the menu item "e-shot™ form builder"
2. Request an e-shot API key from the e-shot team and enter it in the required field
3. Click the "Get Subscription Forms" button
4. Click the "Manage Fields" button against the subscription form you with to use
5. Set the fields you require to be mandatory and click the "Apply Changes" button
6. Create a new page from the Pages Wordpress menu item (Pages\Add New) and paste the e-shot subscription form short code into the body of the page
7. Preview the page and once you are happy with the page, you can publish the page to make it public and available
8. Enter the subscription details on the page and submit the form

NOTE: Once a subscriber has submitted their details to e-shot, the subscription form cannot be changed within e-shot. You would need to create a new subscription form within e-shot and apply the short code to the appropriate Wordpress page to reflect any desired changes.
