Start from the Define entities panel and define your new data structure to store the data Then go to the define definitions panel and add all needed fields you would like to use. After that define your forms for each case: insert/search/update , or just define the default one. Then put the form using special check box in the post and page update panel, to put the form inside the post or the page. 2. What is the difference between Search and Search-Read Only? -In the first case you can give your users possibility to update the data, in the second case they will be able to read the data without possibility changing it. 3. I would like to check out the form before I publish it. How can I do it? You can use all the data structures and check out the visibility by Manage Entities Panel and generating and using all kind of forms from this panel.
