== Description ==
Dynamic Alerts allows you to create a dynamic, customizable notification bar for your WordPress site. Add up to four messages with individual links, control speed, direction, font size, and enable or disable the bar from the admin panel.

== Installation ==
1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/dynamic-alerts` directory, or install via the WordPress admin panel.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings > Dynamic Alerts to configure your notifications.
