Draft Notifier sends a notification email to your blog's admin address when a 
post written by a level 1 user is saved or edited.  This provides notification 
that the level 1 user has a new draft which will need to be approved (published)
by a higher level users.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin to your plugins folder: `wp-content/plugins/`
2. Activate the plugin ('Draft Notifier') from your 
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_plugins">Plugin Manager</a> in your
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels">Administration Panels</a>.
3. That should be it.  No plugin configuration is necessary.

The email address used is the one defined in 
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels">Administration Panels</a>:
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels#Options_-_Configuration_Settings">Options</a>-><a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/General_Options_SubPanel">General</a> /
Email address.  This is *not* necessarily the same as the email address defined
in the Admin user's user profile.
