The official DocCheck plug-in enables the authentication of certified healthcare professionals and facilitates the integration of the DocCheck login.

== Description ==

The official DocCheck plug-in for WordPress enables the authentication of certified healthcare professionals and facilitates the integration of the DocCheck login on WordPress websites in order to protect your website according to the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (German law on the advertising of medicinal products).

Features:

* Login iframe in four different sizes and six languages (GER, EN, FR, NL, IT, ES) 
* DocCheck Login integration through shortcut
* Protected sites can be hidden in the navigation for not-authorized users
* On public pages, information compliant with the HWG can be made invisible for non-authorized users
* User authorization through OAuth2

The DocCheck plugin currently supports all functions of the [basic license](http://biz.doccheck.com/fileadmin/user_upload/dc_lounge/pdf/en/FS_DC_Industry_Login_Licences_EN.pdf).

Please note that there may be costs for the authorization through OAuth2 on DocCheck side.

== Installation ==

1. Upload folder `doccheck-login` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Check out the "first steps" help tab on the settings page for further guidance

= What do I need to run this plugin? =

In order for this plugin to work you'll need:

- A DocCheck login (see [DocCheck Flexikon](http://flexikon.doccheck.com/de/DocCheck:DocCheck_Login_f%C3%BCr_Ihre_Website) for help).
- To request a client secret. Please send an email to industry[at]doccheck[dot]com referencing your login ID. Note that we recommend exchange of the secret via a secure communications channel, so make sure to include your phone number if desired.
