== Description ==

Displays a widget in your sidebar, with a random link and a description paragraph from your blogroll. So it looks like this: 'Do you read... ThisBlog? It's just another WordPress blog.' 

== Installation ==

1. Upload `annotated-random-blogroll.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Set up the widget where you want it. (In  'Appereance'->'Widgets')
1. Finish!
