<li>Upload diwali to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory</li>
<li>Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress</li>
<li>Configure as you like. See <tt>Settings</tt>, then <tt>Fireworks</tt>.</li>
