== Description ==

An WordPress plugin to send your posts to Discord using Webhooks.

= Installation =

1. Upload the `discordance` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
3. Navigate to Discordance in the WordPress admin to configure the plugin.

= Creating webhooks =

1. Go to `Server Settings` and click on the `Integrations` tab.
2. If there is already a webhook click on `View Webhooks`.
3. Click on the `Create Webhook` / `New Webhook` button or open an existing one.
4. Copy Webhook URL, the first part is the id, and the second is the token.
