Dhound WordPress plugin will let you to track all security events produced on your WordPress web site within your workspace in Dhound account.

This plugin will let you to track all security events produced on your WordPress web site. You’ll have…

the separate ‘WordPress security events’ block on your dashboard within your Dhound account.
the ‘full log’ dashboard within your WordPress, where all events are tracked

You’ll be able to track possible brute-force attacks, for example, failed user logins with suspicious IP addresses and other events such as:

Successful user logins
Deleting user from the database
Resetting user password
Deleting posts
Creating categories
Activating or deactivating plugins installed
Publishing pages

This plugin is simple to configure and use. It will make your WordPress sites more secured. Plugin is integrated with the Dhound system (http://dhound.io).

== Installation ==

1. Upload the Dhound plugin file to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Use the Plugin Name menu section-> Settings screen to configure the plugin
4. Add your 'Client access key' and 'Server key'.

= I’ve just installed the plugin, but I don’t see the Dhound icon in the left-hand main menu.  =

Please make sure that
the plugin files are copied correctly to the folder named ‘wp-content/plugins’.
the plugin is activated

= I don’t know my Client access and Server keys. Where can I find this information? =

This information can be found in your Dhound account.
To get Client access key, please sign in to Dhound and go to Profile->System security->Security keys.
To get Server key, please sign in to Dhound and go to Server management->Server->Server info.
