=Installation=

1. Upload the folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

=Configuration=

1. Firstly, create a Page in Wordpress, while creating add Title to page and enter the text as [hn_form] in the Visual section and then publish the page.
