Manage, search, and navigate orders with ease. == Description == If you feel the WooCommerce admin looks outdated, is complicated to use, or is missing essential quality of life features, look no further. Dashify brings a modern design and UI to the WooCommerce order admin—the order/subscription list, and the single order/subscription view. Manage, search, and navigate orders with ease. ### Features Dashify not only gives a fresh look to the WooCommerce admin, but it also adds several new features. A star (⭐) means it’s a new capability that Dashify adds to WooCommerce! #### ⭐ Order trend graphs - ⭐ See trends with a graph of total, refunded, and completed orders above the order table. - ⭐ For WooCommerce Subscriptions, see subscription revenue, the number of new subscriptions, and the number of cancelled subscriptions. - ⭐ Choose between 1, 7, and 30 day time periods. #### Order list improvements - Order statuses are big and easy to click. - Bulk actions appear only when at least one item is selected. - Search and filter is hidden until opened. - Filters can be cleared all at once, or one at a time. - Table is fully responsive to screen size and works well on mobile devices. #### Order view improvements - ⭐ Jump to next and previous orders with buttons or keyboard shortcuts (J for previous, K for next order). - ⭐ Jump to orders of the same order status! Based on the order status selected in the order list, after clicking into an order, the next and previous buttons will go to the next or previous order of the same status, allowing to you handle orders one at a time. - ⭐ Date and time formatted according to region. - ⭐ Back button to quickly get back to the order list. - Order number, status, and date are moved to the top and made easily visible. - Action and update buttons are at the top and grouped together. - Order notes becomes a "Timeline" that is bigger and easier to read. - Timeline textarea auto expands as you type more. - Custom fields styles are greatly improved. - A default layout similar to Shopify: the order items, customer information, and timeline are in the main area, while custom fields and other advanced information is moved to the sidebar. But, you still have the ability to adjust most elements to your desired positions. ### Dashify Pro Dashify Pro extends the free version of Dashify to bring even more improvements to the WooCommerce admin dashboard. Here’s everything Dashify Pro adds: - ⭐ **Sort order line items by SKU.** When packing orders with many items, this helps you find items faster if they’re also sorted by SKU in your warehouse or fulfillment center. We’ve only recently launched Dashify Pro. In the near future, Dashify Pro will bring an improved look to all pages of the WooCommerce admin, not just the orders. As of June 2024, this is gradually being developed, with new releases every couple of weeks. Here are the plugins we’ve extensively tested and designed Dashify to be compatible with: - WooCommerce Subscriptions - PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce - RD Order Modifier for WooCommerce If you find a plugin that’s not compatible, leave a message in the [WordPress.org support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/dashify/) or contact us through the [Dashify Help Desk](https://forms.gle/pRezSbdUcZmvZdX27), and we'll gladly add compatibility for it. ### Troubleshooting - You can turn Dashify on and off quickly through the WordPress screen options in case you have occasional plugins or workflows not currently supported by Dashify. - If the layout doesn’t look right, whether Dashify is on or off, turning it on/off again through the screen options will reset the layout. == Frequently Asked Questions == = Can I give feedback, report a bug, or request a feature? = Yes! For example, the date is not formatted for your region. 2. After: The edit order admin screen has all important information at the top and is pleasant to look at. Easily navigate to next and previous orders. 3. After: The order notes become a timeline, giving you more space to record events. 4. Before: All features of the order table are visible at once, like filtering by registered customer, even if you don't need them. 5. After: The order table is simplified, with less commonly used actions hidden yet fast to access. See trends with the charts above the table. 6. After: Searching and filtering is more elegant. 7. Before: The order table isn't usable on mobile. After: The order table can be scrolled left and right on mobile, so you can see everything. == Changelog == ### 1.2.8 (2024-06-25) #### Improvements - **Order and subscription views** — Adjust the positions of elements in the single order and subscription views, even with Dashify on. #### Bug fixes - **Order view** — Fix the positions of the elements in the order view not being adjustable after turning off Dashify. - **Order trend graphs** — Fix the number of orders sometimes being incorrect due to the `posts_per_page` setting. - **WooCommerce Subscriptions** — Fix the subscription attribution being hidden. - **WooCommerce Subscriptions** — Fix the customer information being hidden. ### 1.2.7 (2024-06-18) #### Bug fixes - Fix a potential fatal PHP error. ### 1.2.6 (2024-06-18) #### Improvements - Order list: If a search is active, the search and filter area will remain expanded. - Order list: Clicking “Cancel” in the search and filter area will clear the search instead of just collapsing the search and filter area. - Order list: Display bulk actions from other plugins. #### Bug fixes - Order list: Fix a possible issue with changing the analytics graph time frame on sites with a custom WordPress admin URL. #### Other - Starting in WordPress 6.5, plugins can declare other plugins as dependencies.
