1.) The basic elements required for a hyperlink are:
   
    a.) Display name

    b.) href

2.) All other fields are optional!

3.) The attribute fields can be use for anything else associated with a hyper link that's not currently labeled in the            plug-in layout.

    I.E. (some examples)

    a.) onClick="alert('Some Java Script!')"

    b.) style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; color: #ffff00;" ----> 

*Note if styles are used outside of the field labeled style, They have to have the style
attribute call before the styles

(example #1).

If the only styles used are within the styles field, you can just enter the styles. 
You can use both the style field and an attribute field(s) at the same time to get the look you are after.

4.) Any of the fields in the form can be used without any regard for special use of single quotes('') or double quotes("").
